  • Gilts may be family registered as long as all family members are eligible as junior exhibitors per the junior rules of each show.

    Reminder, a copy of the original registration paper must be uploaded to the state validation website by January 6th. The original registration papers must come with you to the show.

  • Yes! The CTBR certificate replacement table will be set up near the show ring.

    As a reminder, all gilts MUST be Certified Texas Bred through the Texas Pork Producers Association. Any gilts purchased out-of-state will not be eligible to show at the Texas Elite Showcase.

  • We do allow late entries up to the check-in deadline at the show.

    All late entries are $100 each and must be paid up front prior to turning in information cards at the show.

  • We understand special circumstances happen. In order to receive a substitution form, please visit the show office or call the office at (806) 705-6800. The substitution form must be turned into the show office during the check-in process.

  • The earliest arrival will be on Thursday, Feb. 6th from 12pm to 11pm. Arrival into the barn will resume on Friday, Feb. 7th at 6am.

    All gilts must be in the barn by 11am on Friday, Feb. 7th. Gilts must be checked in by 1pm.

  • At the end of each breed, sale gilts and alternates will be selected and announced. The selection of sale gilts is determined by the judge.
